I believe with all my heart that you already know the way – it may have been lost or obscured, or just made slightly blurry – but I know you know it. My role as a Wayfinder is to help you recover it, to shine light on the path, to remove the obstacles that are blocking your line of sight.
How do I know this works? Because I have been a coaching client for several years now. For instance – as part of of my training program, in roughly 30 hours of coaching in 15-60 minute intervals from other Wayfinder trainees and Master Coaches, I was amazed by the transformative experience of being coached. In every session, I had an insight, understanding, ah-ha, or breakthrough. I wasn’t sure when I started that program if I would actually become a coach…but I quickly realized that I had to share this gift of growth and attention with as many women as possible. It is the women who will change the world – and we need safety, expansion, and deep care to do it. This is what Wayfinder coaching has delivered to me. I will always receive coaching as an integral part of my ongoing development as a person and as a coach.
