My Service.

I believe with all my heart that you already know the way – it may have been lost or obscured, or just made slightly blurry – but I know you know it. My role as a Wayfinder is to help you recover it, to shine light on the path, to remove the obstacles that are blocking your line of sight.

How do I know this works? Because I have been a coaching client for +/- a year as part of of my training program. In roughly 30 hours of coaching in 15-60 minute intervals from other Wayfinder trainees and Master Coaches, I have been amazed by the transformative experience of being coached. In every session, I have had an insight, understanding, ah-ha, or breakthrough. I wasn’t sure when I started the program if I would actually become a coach…but I quickly realized that I had to share this gift of growth and attention with as many women as possible. It is the women who will change the world – and we need safety, expansion, and deep care to do it. This is what Wayfinder coaching has delivered to me. I will always receive coaching as an integral part of my ongoing development as a person and as a coach.

SCHEDULING INSTRUCTIONS

What happens at our FIRST session?

  • The first session will be an intro session for 30 mins
  • The primary goal is for me to tell you about my wayfinding/coaching philosophy and describe what our sessions will look like
  • I’d also like to hear from you about what you’re looking for from me and wayfinding
  • Let’s make sure we are a solid match

How to book ongoing sessions

  • Sessions will be booked over email
  • I will provide you with multiple options to choose from
  • Please provide your time zone

How many sessions will we have?

  • I highly recommend committing to a series of 5 (minimum) so that we have time to find our way together (sometimes it happens quickly, sometimes we need some space)
  • Meeting weekly or every other week
  • And then continuing beyond that as you’d like

Cancellation and rescheduling policies

  • I do reserve the right to charge for a cancellation that happens within 24 hours of our session
  • Please provide as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule
  • If this occurs more than 1x, we will re-evaluate if coaching is the right thing for you right now

SESSION INSTRUCTIONS

Where sessions will take place

  • Sessions will take place over Google Meet, Google’s video conferencing platform
  • Google Meet works just the same as Teams, Zoom, etc.
  • You may need to provide camera and microphone permission the first time, we’ll work it out

How long the session will last

  • Sessions will last for 60 minutes max (sometimes they end early if we feel complete)
  • Please be on time for the session (we will start and end on time!)

How you should prepare

  • I will send you two simple forms to fill out – one has questions about who you are and what you are looking for from coaching, the other is our coaching agreement for you to sign
  • As you answer the questions, it’s okay if you leave some of the ‘bigger’ questions blank – maybe you are seeking coaching to explore those very questions and we can find our way through them together

What you will bring to a coaching session

  • Please bring specific challenges, quandaries, successes, missteps, confusions, joys, aspirations (you get the picture) that you want to explore
  • I will ask you what shift you would like to see (with the above) over the course of our session (e.g., I want clarity around why I’m stuck or I want an action plan to move forward)

IMPORTANT! WHAT WAYFINDING IS NOT

  • Wayfinding/Coaching is not therapy, counseling, consulting, or advice giving and is not a substitute for psychotherapy, psychoanalysis, mental health care, substance abuse treatment, legal, medical or other professional services.
  • Wayfinding/Coaching does not prevent, cure, or treat any mental disorder or medical disease and it is the Client’s responsibility to seek such independent professional guidance as needed.
